The latest Feral offering is a vibrant and bright Natural Process coffee from the West Highlands of Papua New Guinea. 1500 high-altitude smallholder farms have come together to showcase the beauty of the region and its rich, volcanic soil.
Each smallholder grower operates on approximately 2 acres 1500-1700masl, hand-cultivating and selecting the ripest cherries to dry in sun beds. The result is a bright, balanced cup offering juicy notes of cranberry jam, blueberry, lemon zest, cocoa, and cinnamon.
This is an extremely enjoyable cup that will work well for Drip, French Press and Cold Brew.

I have tried a few different roasts from Feral now and each has come with a flavorful taste. I love the unique variety to choose from that sets them apart from others. Each cup is a new adventure with a detailed description of the origin which I love, not to mention i love supporting the Animal Welfare League with my purchases! Can't wait to try more!!
