This high-altitude coffee comes to us from small producers in Chiapas, one of Mexico’s leading coffee regions - rich, fertile limestone and volcanic soil, intercropped canopies, and several micro-climates to continue indigenous, sustainable growing practices. 

We get a well-rounded and complex sip with bright florals, and mild peach acidity giving way to cocoa, toffee, and cinnamon sweetness that gives us cinnamon roll vibes around mid-sip.
