From the lush mountains of Santa Bárbara, Honduras, comes a truly captivating cup. Grown at 1500m above sea level, this small-batch lot is produced by farmer Heyvis Sagastume Enamorado, who brings both tradition and innovation to every harvest.
This light-medium roast coffee features the Paraneima variety, celebrated for its resilience and unique flavor potential. The cool high-altitude climate, rich volcanic soils, and misty microclimates of Santa Bárbara nurture the cherries to peak sweetness. A meticulous anaerobic washed process further enhances its character—delivering a cup that is both vibrant and complex, with layers of milk chocolate, pops of tropical fruit, floral brightness, and a refined sweetness that lingers.
We’re proud to share this coffee, not only for its stunning profile, but also because it embodies what we value most: craft, community, and the tireless dedication of producers like Heyvis.
