Costa Rica Washed - Bird Friendly

This special coffee comes to us via Roberto Montero at La Finca Amistad in Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

Aside from delicate its notes of honeydew, white grape, caramel, and lemon zest, this coffee shines in the way it is grown in its high-altitude, biodiverse climate. 

In fact, 97% of the Montero family's 10,000 hectares have been dedicated to forest preservation, with much of that donated to expand La Amistad International Park for protected conservation.

This coffee has been rated Bird Friendly by the Smithsonian Institute, and is a beautiful cup all the way around!
